When you contract to Primus or Vodafone through our company, as an extra benefit to you Big Byte Telco Solutions will act as your personal Account Manager. If you have a query or a problem with your account or phone service all you need to do is ring us and we will organise for a customer service officer from Primus or Vodafone ring you to help you solve your account or phone issue. This gives you a single point of contact and a familiar person to whom you can explain your problem or query and for the cost of a local call anywhere within Australia during business hours.
The objectives set by our account managers include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensuring continuity of service provisioning
- Minimising risk for the client
- The benefits of dealing with one organisation
- Development of a long-term relationship
- An understanding of our client’s needs
